ROLE OF EXERCISE IN THE
MAINTENANCE OF HEALTH

It is impossible to imagine health without resorting to the exercise. Then what is exercise, it is stretching of the organs of our body beyond the limits, we are accustomed to move them. There is another point of view that we should move the body so rapidly and swiftly that our heart beat raise up and we are made to breath quickly. Racing running walking swiftly or jogging are considered the best forms of the exercise. I think every form of exercise should aim at stirring the every part of the body whether external or internal.

PHILOSOPHY BEHIND
THE EXERCISE

1. To keep all parts of the body healthy and flexible taking exercise is must . With the advancement of age there is a tendency of the parts of the body to become hardened. The routine life does not compel us to take the parts of the body beyond a certain limits.
