How to Control your Weight

Control your diet for your weight loos.
Getup early in the morning for good health.
Take at least 3glasses of water empty stomach
Avoid fatty food which contain cholesterol
Remember the animal fat contain undigestable cholesterol and is deposited as layer in the veins
and arteries
The vegitale oils are the best which clear the fat already deposited in the body and are used as an
alternate fat/lubricant
Always know that layer formed by the undigested fat is a main cause of hardening the veins and areteries
The layer formed is also a cause of Blood Pressure, a root cause of many diseases

Have at least 2 glasses of water empty belly without cleaning the mouth or brushing the teeth.

Avoid eating rice except little quantity of boiled one.Also the roasted in oil things.
